This website provides general information about Juniper Cleaning Solutions and allows visitors to request information or submit cleaner applications. Do not submit access codes, Wi-Fi details, or other sensitive property procedures through the initial quote form.
Estimates and bookings
Website estimates and quote requests are informational and do not create a service agreement, booking, employment relationship, or guarantee availability. Actual cleaning services require a separate agreement or confirmed booking that states the applicable scope, schedule, pricing, access, and service terms.
Availability and service scope
Availability depends on property location, cleaner coverage, turnover timing, and service requirements. Last-minute coverage is not guaranteed. Supply purchasing, laundry coordination, and optional add-ons are only provided when confirmed for the property.
Supply purchases and reports
Hosts set preferred brands, quantities, and purchasing limits. Product costs are separate from service fees unless otherwise agreed, and Juniper will not exceed an approved limit without authorization. Property reports document visible conditions observed during service and are not professional engineering, safety, mold, pest, code, legal, or insurance inspections.
Applications
Submitting a cleaner application does not guarantee selection or work assignments. Opportunities, screening, and any further steps are assessed individually.
